This contract is up for renewal on 6/1/2026. The Police Department has been with PowerDMS for the past three years, has invested time and funds in implementing this program, and it would cost more to start anew with another company. These are the reasons we did not include two other quotes. We’ve previously had a year-to-year contract, and we're now requesting Council approval for a multi-year contract with PowerDMS.
