BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: SECTION 1. The corporate limits of the City of Glendale are extended and increased, pursuant to the provisions of Title 9, Chapter 4, Section 9-471, Arizona Revised Statues, by annexing certain territory to be known as “Annexation Area No. AN-248”, and legally described in Exhibit A attached to this ordinance.
