On May 2, 2023, we issued a check in the amount of $368.99 as payment for taxes on the above parcel. Our check did clear
our account.

It is my understanding from an email received that a refund check of the same amount was sent to Equity Title. Please allow
this letter to serve as notice that Equity Title did not receive the check nor tendered the refund.

If you would please send a replacement check, we will return the funds to The Enid Bernard Revocable Living Trust who
was the Seller in our transaction and the funds were originally collected from at closing.

I have attached the Affidavit/Claim Form as you requested with this cover as well and authorize Lori Pennington, VP/Escrow
Administrator to make this claim on behalf of Equity Title Agency. All contact should be made directly with Lori
Pennington at 480-368-5458.
