Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and being a portion of that 
certain property as described in document 2012-0337264 of the Maricopa County Recorder's 
Office, lying south of"MARSH ROAD" as described in document 2013-0667629 and west of 
the property as described in document 2014-0778536. Said parcel being more particularly 
described as follows: 
Commencing at the North Quarter comer of said Section 33, from which the Northwest comer 
of said Section 33 bears North 89°33'53"East, for a distance of2628.74 feet; 
Thence along the midsection line, South 00°12'04" East, for a distance of 454.98 feet to the
