Security Plan: For our event on November 11", 2023, we will open gates at 10am and we will close the gates at 6pm. We will have security at each entrance point one at gate and at front doors. There will be ID checks along with wrist bands for persons over 21. The charity group will also have waivers for liability coverage on their part as well. In the diagram there is writing as to where there will be security stationed. We will have one Gate entry that is 15 feet wide but will have tents with multiple people checking ID’s and having them sign waivers for entry. The other two doors that go directly into the Restaurant/ Bar will also have multiple people checking ID’s and signing waivers. There will be no outside alcohol allowed they must purchase from inside Arlington Grill Restaurant/ Bar. We will have one beer tub outside along with our Patio Bar open, and our inside bar open. We will have staff always going around checking to make sure that there are wristbands on patrons over 21. Serving area is approximately 4,000 sq ft, outside area is approximately 1 acre, but will not all be used. There is fencing around all the outside appointed areas 5 ft tall only access is through the one gate and through the restaurant/ bar area. Security staff is supplied by the Charity organization their name is the Whiskey Runners.
