Executive Session for Legal Advice and Litigation–-A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(4) - Discussion or 
consultation with legal counsel for legal advice related to City Charter amendments relating to 
Council composition, eligibility, terms and election requirements and to consider its position 
and instruct legal counsel in pending litigation regarding Ruth Jone v. City of Chandler et al. 
  
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Harris moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special 
Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Poston.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
