GOLDEN LANE APARTMENTS REZONING APPLICATION ZON21-03: This is a request for the Planning Commission to initiate a Rezoning request on approximately 1.91 acres of property located at the southwest corner of Alice and 67th Avenue, 1/4 mile south of Olive Avenue along the west side of 67th Avenue, in the Barrel District.
