Approve Third Amendment to the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between the City of Tolleson and CDW Government LLC for Software Value Added Reseller Services, and authorize the City Manager to execute and deliver said Amendment. The City desires to amend the existing Agreement to increase the annual aggregate amount from $300,000 to $375,000 for each fiscal year from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027.
