Adopt Resolution No. 2618 of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Tolleson, Arizona, approving the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Tolleson and the City of Avondale for detention, administrative, and transportation services, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement. The City shall pay Avondale the cost of one full-time Detention Facility Officer for the Initial Term and for each subsequent Renewal Term. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until June 30, 2026. After the expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for up to four successive one-year terms.
