Requests: Adopt Resolution No. 13550 authorizing Contract No. 2025-187-COS, an intergovernmental agreement, in the estimated total project amount of $3,800,000 of which the City’s share is estimated to be $950,000, between the City of Phoenix, the City of Scottsdale and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County for design; rights-of-way acquisition; utility relocations; construction; construction management; and operation and maintenance for the Deer Valley Channel Crossing at Scottsdale Road Project.
