Investigate Process for Erecting a Memorial to Charlie Kirk in Scottsdale and report back to the Council on the process for erecting a Charlie Kirk memorial in Scottsdale. Note: The only possible Council action to be taken on Item No. 10 is: (1) Direct the City Manager or responsible Charter Officer to agendize the item for a future meeting; (2) Direct the City Manager or responsible Charter Officer to investigate the matter and prepare a written response to the Council; or (3) Take no action.
