4. CONSENT AGENDA

a. MINUTES
City Council will consider a request to approve the August 31, 2026, City Council meeting minutes.
The Council will take appropriate action.
b. SERIES 12 (RESTAURANT) LIQUOR LICENSE — COLDWATER SPRINGS GOLF CLUB
City Council will consider a request to recommend approval to the Arizona Department of Liquor
License and Control of an application for a Series 12 (Restaurant) Liquor License submitted by
Andrea Lewkowitz for the sale of alcohol at Coldwater Springs Golf Club located at 100 North
Clubhouse Drive in Avondale and authorize the City Clerk to execute the necessary documents. The
Council will take appropriate action.
