3. PROPOSED ELECTRIC DRIVEN CYCLE CITY OF AVONDALE ORDINANCE
City Council will receive a presentation from the Police Department regarding the proposed
implementation of a City Ordinance to address the use of electric-driven cycles on public property within
the City of Avondale. This item is for presentation and direction only.

4. CITY CHARTER AMENDMENT PROCESS
City Council will receive a presentation from the City Clerk regarding the process for amending the City
Charter and whether a future charter amendment election should be considered. This item is for

5. INVOCATION AT CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
City Council will receive a presentation from the City Manager's Office about including an invocation or
moment of silence/reflection at City Council Meetings. This item is for presentation and direction only.

6. ADDING FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS TO THE CITY COUNCIL AGENDA
City Council will receive a presentation from the City Manager's Office about different practices in adding
future agenda items to the City Council Agenda. This item is for presentation and direction only.
