POSSIBLE EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A), the PSPRS Local Board may vote to convene in executive session to
discuss or consider personnel matters, confidential records exempt by law from public inspection, and/or to
consult with the Board’s attorney for legal advice and to consider the Board’s position and to instruct the Board’s
attorney regarding its position in contemplated litigation regarding any item on the agenda. The Board will take
action in open session.

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of the January 27, 2026, 9:30 a.m. meeting minutes. The Board will take
appropriate action.

5. APPOINTMENT OF NEW LOCAL BOARD SECRETARY
The Board will consider approval of Keely Farrow as the new Local Board Secretary. The Board will take
appropriate action.

6. NEW MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS
The Board will discuss and take possible action to approve the PSPRS membership for Police Officers below:

7. ADJOURNMENT
The Board cannot discuss or vote on items not on the agenda, including items brought up as Board, staff or
public comments, if any. If action by the Board is needed, the item should be placed on a future agenda in
compliance with the Arizona Open Meetings Laws.
