a. AVONDALE COMMONS – MAJOR PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT –
APPLICATION PL-26-0210
Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider a request by Shaine Alleman with Tiffany
and Bosco, P.A., for a major amendment to the Avondale Commons Planned Area Development,
comprising approximately 25.23 gross acres and located at the northwest corner of Avondale
Boulevard and McDowell Road. The major amendment will remove Stipulation No. 2 from the original
rezone Ordinance 2052-0921, related to commercial construction and the timing of multi-family
residential development. The Commission will take appropriate action and forward a recommendation
to City Council.
