2 . OFFICIAL APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF DEPUTY COUNTY ATTORNEY Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, approve the official appointment of Mark C. Faull as the Chief Deputy County Attorney with an annual salary of $166,670. This appointment is effective November 22, 2010. This item was discussed in executive session on November 17 , 2010. In accordance with A. R. S. § 38-231, authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oath of Office, and to cause it to be filed with the County Recorder.
