APPOINTMENT TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT SYSTEM LOCAL BOARDS Approve the appointment of Don Byers to the Sheriff's Office Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Board and the County Attorney Investigator's Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Board as the Chairman's designee. The term of the appointment will be effective as of the date of Board approval through December 31, 2014. 2. APPOINTMENT TO THE MERIT SYSTEM COMMISSION Accept the resignation of Tom Morrissey and approve the appointment of Bill Lally to the Merit System Commission as nominated by Supervisorial District 1.
