1. AMENDMENT TO THE REVISED RESTATED DECLARATION OF TRUST Approve an amendment to Section 2.2.1.12 of the Revised Restated Declaration of Trust dated January 26, 2011, concerning disciplinary or licensure proceedings.

2. APPLICATION OF AMENDED SECTION 2.2.1.12 OF THE REVISED RESTATED DECLARATION OF TRUST Approve the retroactive application of Paragraph 2.2.1.12 of the Revised Restated Declaration of Trust as amended this date, to apply to existing professional disciplinary and licensure proceedings that have been initiated and are pending as of this date, June 23, 2011. However, existing disciplinary and licensure proceedings shall be exempt from the $50,000 cumulative limit. For all other matters, this amended Declaration of Trust shall apply as of this date.

3. LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN BAR DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS Take action regarding providing legal representation to Andrew Thomas and Rachel Alexander in the State Bar Disciplinary proceedings.
