EXTENSION OF INTERIM SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT IN CV20097007 (SUPERIOR COURT IN PIMA COUNTY) Approve a Revised and Continued Extension Agreement for Interim Settlement Agreement in Cause No 20097007 in Superior Court in Pima County between the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, the Board of Supervisors and the Superior Court in Maricopa County, with an effective date of February 1, 2010. This Interim Settlement Agreement provides for the continuing processing of Terminal Operator Certifications of County OET employees by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office while the litigation re Zone 2 operations continues. This agreement extends the prior Interim Settlement Agreement through May 31, 2010. (C-06-10-125-S-01)
