1. IDEA FACTORY Presentation regarding the Idea Factory. Members of the County-wide Improvement Initiative Team, addressing Innovation and Collaboration, will demonstrate Idea Factory, a web-based tool that uses social media concepts to enable innovation and organizational collaboration within an organization. Implementation of Idea Factory is proposed as a key strategy to elicit employee ideas and gain feedback on their value in order to determine which ideas will be developed and implemented. 2. PETITIONS FOR PROPOSED COLLEGE PARK COUNTRY ESTATES IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT 1) Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3423, accept the petitions filed for the proposed College Park Country Estates Irrigation Water Delivery District as they have been determined to be signed by a majority of the owners of the acreage within the proposed district. 2) Fix the amount of probable expenses which will be incurred in the organization of the district at $50 and require a bond for not less than twice the amount so fixed at $100 to be filed with the Clerk to guarantee repayment to the County of such expenses. 3) Upon approval of the bond, set a hearing for the petitions to be held at 9:00 a.m., April 14, 2010 and order the Clerk of the Board to publish the petition and notice twice in a newspaper and post copies within the district at conspicuous places. At the hearing on April 14th, any land owner within the proposed district may appear and object to the organization thereof or to the proposed boundaries thereof or to the inclusion of his land therein. The Board will hear and consider all comments in favor and against the organization of the district and decide whether to approve or reject the organization of the district with the boundaries proposed in the petition or with modified boundaries. The proposed district is located in the College Park Country Estates Subdivision Community in Gilbert bounded by Lindsay Road on the east, Guadalupe Road on the south, Burke Street on the west and contains approximately 83 parcels and 65 acres.
