Move City Council pass and adopt Resolution No. 5873 approving annexation of county right-of-way located at the following locations: on a portion of Chandler Heights South of the Southwest corner of Chandler Heights Road and Alma School Road, on a portion of Appleby Road west of the consolidated canal, on a portion of Chandler Heights Road between Arizona Avenue and east of the Union Pacific Railroad, on a portion of Chandler Boulevard between McQueen Road and Lakeview Boulevard, and on a portion of Frye Road between Gilbert Road and Country Place; contingent upon approval by Maricopa County.
