DISCUSSION ITEMS

Funding 101: Dave McIntire, Community Investment Director Mr. McIntire will present an overview of the different funds the program draws from, the difference between reoccurring and one-time expenses, and the flexibility in the 5-year plan. Retreat Framing: Cristen Crujido, Beautification, Arts & Sciences Project Administrator Ms. Crujido will present considerations for prioritization of projects. Suggested Action: Ask questions, give comments. Discussion only.

FY28 & FY29 Priority Projects: Jana Weldon, Beautification, Arts & Sciences Program Manager Ms. Weldon will present projects in the 5-yr plan for FY28 & FY29 plus new projects and will ask the Commissioners to give their priority preferences for projects not already underway. Suggested Action: Ask questions, give comments. Discussion only.
