Discussion, consultation, and legal advice regarding the City’s purchase of right-of-way from Canyon Del Rio for the John Wesley Powell extension, and related appraisals , and potential amendments to Development Agreement regarding future transportation improvements at Whetstone and John Wesley Powell.
