CALL TO ORDER This meeting will be conducted both in-person in the Council Conference Room at Flagstaff City Hall, as well as online via Microsoft Teams. Members of the public are always welcome to attend and encouraged to participate. To join the online meeting, click on the meeting link above. To comment on a discussion item, please use the MS Teams Chat function: simply type in ‘c’ or ‘q’ to indicate to the Chair that you would like to comment. The Chair will then recognize you when it is time for public comment. Unmute yourself for your turn at public comment, then re-enable mute when finished.
