a. ¶ FY2020-21 LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE ACTION: Mr. Beck will present a draft FY2020-21 meeting schedule to the Board. The Board will discuss, vote and approve their annual meeting schedule.

b. ¶ LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD FY 2020-21 ACTION PLAN ACTION: Chief Librarian Beck will facilitate a discussion with the Library Advisory Board about its goals, direction and action plan for the upcoming 2020-21 year.

c. ¶ FY2020-21 LIBRARY BUDGET OVERVIEW INFORMATION: Chief Librarian Beck will give the Board an overview of the approved FY 2020-21 Library budget and annual highlights. Board members will have the opportunity to ask questions.
