ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2026-2524 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND OR THEIR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ZAYO GROUP, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AND TO ENTER INTO SEPARATE AGREEMENTS FOR IN-KIND EXCHANGES WHICH MAY INCLUDE FIBER AND OR CONDUIT. Conduct a public hearing and by resolution adopt the final estimates by the city of Goodyear for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027 and on the proposed primary property tax levy increase of $329,905; and Approve the Truth-in-Taxation increase of $329,905 for FY2027 by a roll call vote.
