al., Case No. CV2025-021187 in Maricopa County Superior Court. A.R.S. § 38- 431.03(A)(3) and
(4).
If authorized by a majority vote of the Scottsdale City Council, the executive session will be held
immediately after the vote and will not be open to the public.
