– Mayor Borowsky made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 13755 as the official canvass of the City of
Scottsdale July 21, 2026 Primary Election. Vice Mayor McAllen seconded the motion, which carried
7/0, by a roll call vote, with Mayor Borowsky; Vice Mayor McAllen; and Councilmembers Dubauskas,
Graham, Kwasman, Littlefield, and Whitehead voting in the affirmative.
Adjourn Special Meeting – 2:05 P.M.
– Mayor Borowsky made a motion to adjourn the Special Meeting, Councilwoman Whitehead
seconded the motion, which carried 7/0, by voice vote, with Mayor Borowsky; Vice Mayor McAllen;
and Councilmembers Dubauskas, Graham, Kwasman, Littlefield, and Whitehead voting in the
affirmative.
