How the Regular Agenda Works: The Commission takes action on each item on the Regular Agenda.

Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for façade changes including the removal of weeping mortar,
application of stucco, replacement of board and baton element and the addition of shutters at a residence
within the Village Grove Three historic district with Single-family Residential, Historic Property (R1-7 HP)
zoning.

Per Section 211 of the Bylaws of the Historic Preservation Commission, this item provides the Commission
with the opportunity to consider the following Commissioner-submitted items:
• No Commissioner Items have been submitted to staff for consideration.
The only possible action the Commission can take for this item includes: 1) request that the Commission
Liaison agendize the item for a future meeting; 2) request that the Commission Liaison investigate the matter
and prepare a written response to the Commission; or 3) take no further action. Per Arizona State law, the
Commission may not discuss, deliberate, or take legal action on any matter in the “Identification of Future
Agenda Items” unless the specific matter is properly noticed for legal action.
