A. Discussion and/or Action Re: Approval of the June 18, 2025, Agua Fria Ranch
Community Facilities District (CFD) Board Special Meeting Minutes.
Motion to approve the June 18, 2025, Agua Fria Ranch Community Facilities District
(AFR CFD) Board Meeting minutes as presented.

Seconded — Board Member Haney Ducan
The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote, with all Board members in
attendance. Board Member Kaczynski’s telephonic voice vote was noted as
aye.

A. Public Hearing, Discussion, and/or Action Re: Approval of CFD Resolution
2025-10 of the District Board of the Agua Fria Ranch Community Facilities District,
ordering that an ad valorem tax be fixed, levied and assessed on the assessed value
of all the real and personal property within the boundaries of the District in amounts
specified in the filed statements and estimates for Fiscal Year 2025-2026; providing
for certified copies of this Resolution and order to be delivered to the Maricopa County
Board of Supervisors and the Arizona Department of Revenue; and providing that this
Resolution shall be effective after its passage and approval according to law
