Improvement District (NYT SLID): Approval of Resolution 2026-16 of the Mayor and Common
Council of the Town of Youngtown, Maricopa County, Arizona ordering that an equal
apportionment tax be fixed, levied and assessed on all the property within the boundaries of the
North Youngtown Street Lighting Improvement District in amounts specified in the approved
statements and estimates for fiscal year 2026-2027 for the North Youngtown Street Lighting
Improvement District and providing certified copies of the Resolution to be delivered to the
