A. Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) for discussion and
consultation with the Town Attorney to obtain legal advice and to consider and instruct counsel
regarding the Town’s position concerning potential litigation related to a Special Use Permit.
