A. An executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(1) and (A)(3) for discussion or
consideration of employment, assignment, appointment, promotion, demotion, dismissal,
salaries, disciplining or resignation of a public officer; all related to a report from the
Town's outside investigator regarding a personnel investigation directed by the Town
Council on September 3, 2026, concerning the performance and conduct of one or more
Town employees, and discussion or consultation with the Town Attorney for legal advice
regarding the investigation findings and potential next steps.

5. Motion and Vote to Return to Public Meeting

A. Presentation, Discussion, and/or Action: Discussion and possible action regarding the
findings and recommendations resulting from the personnel investigation directed by the
Town Council on September 3, 2026.
