Zahid Plantillas, Community Engagement Coordinator for First Things First, will provide an organizational overview, discuss their community engagement priorities, as well as early childhood education issues; followed by City Council discussion.

INTEGRATED MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN

Steve Wilson, Assistant Director of Engineering, will provide an update on the Multimodal Transportation Master Plan; followed by City Council discussion.

REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JANUARY 7, 2026

City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. EXECUTIVE SESSION

An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the January 7, 2026, Regular City Council Meeting and the January 6, 2026, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items:

Discussion with City Administrator regarding annual performance review. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A1)

Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel concerning the potential sale and acquisition of real properties. (A.R.S. § 38-431.03 A3, A4 & A7)
