ROADWAY SAFETY ACTION PLAN UPDATE

Michael Grandy, Kimley-Horn, will present the Roadway Safety Action Plan update; followed by City Council discussion.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the March 4, 2026, Regular City Council Meeting and the March 3, 2026, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items:

Discussion, consultation and/or direction to legal counsel regarding the Martinez v. City of Yuma lawsuit. (A.R.S. §38-431.03 A3 & A4)
