CALL TO ORDER

REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JULY 1, 2026

City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov).

EXECUTIVE SESSION

An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the July 1, 2026, Regular City Council Meeting and the June 30, 2026, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items:

Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding matters related to the performance, duties, responsibilities, and conduct of a member of the City Council and to receive legal advice regarding related legal and procedural issues to include a potential censure resolution. (A.R.S. §38-431.03 A1 & A3)

Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to designated representatives and legal counsel regarding potential sales of real property. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A4 & A7)
