The City Council Retreat provides an opportunity for the Mayor and City Council, along with City leadership and staff, to receive updates on current projects and key topics, review the City’s Strategic Plan, and identify and discuss goals and priorities.

Due to time constraints, not all topics may be addressed. No formal action will be taken, and the session will not be recorded. Items requiring further discussion or action may be scheduled for a future City Council meeting.

Breaks will be taken as needed. Lunch will be provided around noon.

• Parks Master Plan

• Additional Council-identified topics and emerging priorities

STRATEGIC PLAN REVIEW

Review, discussion, and potential refinement of the City’s Strategic Plan, including progress, priorities, and future direction.
