P5205-001) (Supervisorial District: 3) Find that the proposed annexation will not adversely impact the levels of county services to the remaining unincorporated territory for the proposed City of Phoenix Annexation No. 554, Briles Pass Annexation, lying with a portion of Section 6 Township 4N Range 3E of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. Known as APNs 210-11-012A, 210-11-002A, 210-11-004C, 210-11-004G, and 210-11, 014B. The proposed annexation details have been circulated within the Department of Transportation, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), Real Estate Department, and Maricopa County Planning and Development (PND) to determine if there are any adverse impacts to the parcel that will remain in unincorporated Maricopa County. 82. AMENDMENT TO CITY OF PHOENIX PROPOSED ANNEXATION NO. 554 BRILES PASS (PROJECT NO. P5205-001) (Supervisorial District: 3) Find that the proposed annexation will not adversely impact the levels of county services to the remaining unincorporated territory for the proposed City of Phoenix Annexation No. 554, Briles Pass Annexation, lying with a portion of Section 6 Township 4N Range 3E of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. Known as APNs 210-11-012A, 210-11-002A, 210-11-004C, 210-11-004G, and 210-11-004A, and 210-11- 014B. Notice conditions and the request for comment requirements have been met. Pursuant to provisions in Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.) § 9 471.I, “A city or town shall not annex territory if, as a result of that annexation, unincorporated territory is completely surrounded by the annexing city or town or a combination of the annexing city or town and other cities or towns, unless the county board of supervisors for the county in which the territory is located makes a finding that the proposed annexation will not adversely impact the levels of county services to the remaining unincorporated territory.” It is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director that the Board of Supervisor finds that the proposed annexation lying with a portion of Section 6 Township 4N Range 3E of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. Known as APNs 210-11-012A, 210-11-002A, 210-11-004C, 210-11-004G, and 210-11-004A and 210-11-014B does not adversely impact the levels of county services to the remaining unincorporated territory.
