IGA WITH STATE OF ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY Approve and execute an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) G-30234, with State of Arizona, Department of Public Safety (AZDPS), for the co-location of the radio communications equipment. This agreement allows County and AZDPS to make their respective radio sites available for the co-location of the radio communications equipment. The term of this agreement is approximately five (5) years, expiring on June 30, 2027. A Site-Specific Supplemental Agreement (SSSA) will be established between the parties for each specific site utilized under this IGA. Unless otherwise specified in SSSAs, the costs associated with the co-location will be borne by the benefiting party. This agreement may be terminated by either party with at least sixty (60) days’ prior written notice. Supervisory District: All Districts (C-78-22-070-X-00)

SITE SPECIFIC SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO IGA BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF MARICOPA AND THE STATE OF ARIZONA, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR THE TOWERS MOUNTAIN COMMUNICATION SITE Approve and execute Site Specific Supplement Agreement (SSSA) to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the State of Arizona, Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) and Maricopa County. The SSSA allows the County to install, operate, and maintain wireless communications equipment at the AZDPS owned Towers Mountain site in accordance with Intergovernmental Agreement G-30234 (C-78-22-070-X-00) and the SSSA. The Assistant County Manager and/or the Real Estate Director for Maricopa County shall administer the SSSA.
