27. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA CENTER FOR NATURE CONSERVATION Request to move this to the May 4, 2022 Meeting Approve and execute License Agreement No. P-50394 between Arizona Center for Nature Conservation, an Arizona nonprofit corporation (“Licensor”) and Maricopa County (“Licensee”) for use of property at 455 North Galvin Parkway, Phoenix, AZ, 85008. This License Agreement allows Maricopa County Air Quality Department (MCAQD), as a part of their Clean Air Kiosk project, to install and maintain an engaging, interactive air quality educational kiosk and monitoring equipment on the property. The agreement will be effective upon execution by all parties for a term of two (2) years, commencing May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2024. The agreement may be extended for two (2) additional two-year (2) terms upon Maricopa County (“Licensee”) 60-days’ prior written notice to Licensor. Either Party may terminate the agreement with or without cause with ninety (90) days’ advance written notice to the other party. There is no cost to the County for use of the property. This licensed property is located in Supervisorial District 1. (C-85-22-038-X-00)

Galvin Pkwy, Phoenix, AZ, 85008 (Phoenix Zoo). The Amendment extends the term of the Agreement through May 31, 2028. The Assistant County Manager and/or the Real Estate Director may administer this Agreement.
