45. DATA SHARING AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY AND FOR LEGAL REFUGEE RESETTLEMENT PROGRAMS Rescind the action approved by the Board on January 29, 2025, for item C-86-25-039-X-00, the non-financial Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) between Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) for Aging and Adult Services – Legal Refugee Resettlement Program (RRP) to facilitate the transfer of personally identifiable data between the RRP and MCDPH. The rescind action is necessary due to ADES issuing a new DSA requesting four sections be revised in the new Agreement. Replace item C-86-25-039-X-00 with a new ADES Data Sharing Agreement with ADES for Legal Refugee Resettlement Programs which allows for eligible verification of legal consumers, enrollment into RRP funded services, and the completion of mandated federal reporting. All data shall be transmitted solely through the Arizona Refugee Resettlement Program Online Data System (ARRPODS). The term of this agreement is effective upon signature of both parties and will remain in effect for 5 years, with an annual renewal, unless terminated or cancelled by either party.
