1. TERMINATION OF LEASE WITH WELLS FARGO BANK Rescind action taken under agenda item C-19-08-047-1-01 and approve, and authorize Real Estate Services to give landlord written notice of the early termination of Lease No. L-7278 with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Landlord,per Section 5 of the subject lease. Section 5 of the Lease (L-7278) provides the county the option to terminate the subject agreement by giving a 12-month prior written notice or termination. (C-19-08-047-1-02)

2. CITY OF CHANDLER/MARICOPA COUNTY ENTERPRISE ZONE Adopt a resolution and approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between City of Chandler and Maricopa County through the Human Services Department, supporting amending the boundaries to the existing enterprise zone as accepted by the Department of Commerce from action taken by Maricopa County on October 15, 2008 (C-20-09-025-3-00). This Intergovernmental Agreement is non-financial and is effective from date of execution until five years from date of execution. The City of Chandler/Maricopa County Enterprise Zone was established per A.R.S. §41-1522 to promote the investment of capital and the creation of quality jobs by new and expanding enterprises in the most economically distressed areas of Maricopa County. The Board of Supervisors renewed its participation in the enterprise zone most recently on October 15, 2008 (C-20-09-025-3-00). At this time, the enterprise zone is being amended to include additional census tract areas. The amended enterprise zone boundaries will include parts or entirety of Census tracts 4222.03, 4222.20, 4223.04, 5227.11, 5227.12, 5227.14, 5227.15, 5227.16, 5227.17, 5227.21, 5227.24, 5227.26, 5227.30, 5227.31, 5227.32, 5227.36, 5229.01, 5229.02, 5230.02, 5230.06, 5231.02 and 5231.04. The County is required to approve the enterprise zone and the IGA with the City of Chandler because the boundaries contain County Islands. (C-20-09-025-3-01)

3. AMENDMENT TO THE FY 2010-11 FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN Rescind the complete actions taken by the Board of Supervisors on June 23, 2010 under C-49-10-075-M-00. This action will return the Project Reserve (PRSA) to its adopted level of $31,657,923. (C-49-10-075-M-01)
