DATE CHANGE FOR ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE HEARING Consider changing the date for the Hearing on Order to Show Cause issued pursuant to the August 16, 2010 Board of Supervisors’ Resolution ordering Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph Arpaio and any other MCSO employee to appear and show cause why the Sheriff's Office should not be held in contempt for failure to comply with Board issued Subpoena Duces Tecum dated July 29, 2010, currently scheduled for September 9, 2010. 2. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR AIDS DRUG ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Approve a(n) Intergovernmental Agreement between Arizona Department of Health Services and Maricopa County through the Workforce Management and Development, in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,500,000. This Intergovernmental Agreement is funded by a grant from Health Services Resource Administration, (H89HA11478). The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from July 1, 2010 until June 30, 2011. Funds will be transferred to ADHS for the AIDS Drug Assistance Program to provide HIV medications to Ryan White Part A clients (C-31-11-004-3-00)
