AMENDMENT TO THE MARICOPA COUNTY 2025 TAX LEVY PACKET Approve an amendment to the “Maricopa County 2025 Tax Levy Packet” approved by the Board of Supervisors on August 18, 2025, under C-18-26-004-X-00. This amendment removes the deficit cash levies as directed by the Board on August 25, 2025, and amends the primary tax levies for the following school districts: 1. District Number: 05081 District Name: Nadaburg Unified School District #81 2025 Primary Property Tax Levy: $5,943,763 2025 Primary Property Tax Rate: 3.8935 2. District Number: 05047 District Name: Arlington Elementary School District #47 2025 Primary Property Tax Levy: $ 2,830,391 2025 Primary Property Tax Rate: 0.9223 3. District Number: 05090 District Name: Saddle Mountain Unified School District #90 2025 Primary Property Tax Levy: $ 23,046,224 2025 Primary Property Tax Rate: 2.6118 Adopt the amendment to the FY 2026 Property Tax Resolution and direct the County Treasurer to make corresponding changes to the taxes levied on the roll for the affected tax bills.
