City Clerk assignment, appointment, promotion, demotion, dismissal, compensation and benefits, disciplining, and/or resignation of the City Clerk. d. City Manager assignment, appointment, promotion, demotion, dismissal, compensation and benefits, disciplining, and/or resignation of the Acting City Manager and discuss, consider, and take possible action on all other employment matters relating to the permanent appointment or hiring of a City Manager. $304,000 to be effective and retroactive to the beginning of the June 18, 2023 pay period. Accordingly, the City Council directs the Human Resources Department to explore options for the recruitment of a Charter City Manager and to report back to the City Council.
