1. EXECUTIVE SESSION

2. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF CHANDLER FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO OCTOILLO ROAD FROM ARIZONA AVENUE TO MCQUEEN ROAD Approve the amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement (Agreement) between Maricopa County (County) and the City of Chandler for improvements to Ocotillo Road from Arizona Avenue to McQueen Road. The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification on the existing work that is taking place by the City of Chandler in this project area. The amendment will allow the City to proceed with various work tasks as it relates to the construction of a waterline and other possible facilities associated with this project. All other terms of the original intergovernmental agreement will remain in effect. Supervisory District No. 2 (C-64-12-045-M-01)

3. YANES VS. MARICOPA COUNTY, ET. AL. Approve settlement in the amount of $800,835 in the case of Yanes vs. Maricopa County; Maricopa County Superior Court No. CV 2007-017937 and, if approved, authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel. This matter was discussed with the Board in Executive Session on December 10, 2012. (C-75-13-010-2-00)

4. WILSON V. ARPAIO, ET. AL. 2:10- CV-02758 U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona Authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign any necessary settlement documents in the case Wilson v. Arpaio, et. al. (2:10-CV-02758) U.S. District Court of the District of Arizona including a settlement of $122,000 and an employment agreement on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. This matter was discussed with the Board in Executive Session on December 10, 2012. (C-75-13-013-2-00)
