3. REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE MACERICH PARTNERSHIP Approve and execute Revocable License Agreement P-50354 (Agreement) for use of real property with The Macerich Partnership, LP, a Delaware limited partnership registered in Arizona (Licensor) for use of multiple properties throughout Maricopa County for voting locations. This Agreement is for the purpose of providing additional polling locations for the upcoming 2020 Primary elections in order to meet the CDC’s recommended social distancing guidelines for staff, volunteers and citizens .. The term will commence July 20, 2020 and expire August 5, 2020 unless terminated earlier as provided in the Agreement. Elections Department will have use of five (5) locations as follows: Location Address Arrowhead Towne Center 7770 W. Arrowhead, Glendale, AZ 85308 Bi ltmore Fashion Park 2502 E. Camelback Rd Phoenix, AZ 85016 Chandler Fashion Center 3111 W. Chandler BLVD, Chandler A 85226 San Ta n Village 2218 E. Williams Field Rd, Suite 235, Gilbert AZ 85295 Superstition Springs Ct r 6555 E. Southern Ave, Mesa AZ 85206 Total license fee cost for all 5 locations for both time periods is $25,876.66, including rental tax. Licensor may terminate this Agreement upon two (14) days’ notice, or County may terminate pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-511.
