Motion (Morales/Smith): I find that all four (4) of the necessary variance criteria were present, therefore, I move to reverse the Hearing Officer's decision and approve Variance VAR-45199-2026 for the property located at 1921 S. 6th Avenue subject to the conditions of approval in the staff report. Voice vote: approved 7-0.
