MARICOPA COUNTY EMPLOYEES COMBINED CHARITABLE CAMPAIGN AND VALLEY OF THE SUN UNITED WAY CAMPAIGN SERVICES AND FISCAL SPONSOR AGREEMENT Approve the Campaign Services and Fiscal Sponsor Agreement between Valley of the Sun United Way (VSUW) and Maricopa County through the County Administration effective June 1, 2023. The purpose of this agreement is to authorize VSUW to act as Fiscal Sponsor and to provide Campaign Services for the Combined Charitable Campa ign (CCC). The term of this Agreement shall be for one year from June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024. The Agreement may be extended, by mutual agreement, for four (4) additional one-year terms. All amendments to this Agreement shall be in writing and exec uted by the Parties. (C-20-23-017-X-00)

AMENDMENT TO THE CAMPAIGN SERVICES AND FISCAL SPONSOR AGREEMENT WITH VALLEY OF THE SUN UNITED WAY Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Campaign Services and Fiscal Sponsor Agreement between Valley of the Sun United Way (VSUW) and Maricopa County as managed through County Administration. The purpose of this agreement is to authorize VSUW to act as Fiscal Sponsor and to provide Campaign Services for the Combined Charitable Campaign (CCC). The original Agreement dated June 1, 2023 provides for, by mutual agreement, four (4) additional one-year terms. This Amendment shall serve as a one-year extension with the term of June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2025. (C-20-23-017-X-01)
