ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO HEARING DATE FOR PETITION APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED TONKA VISTA IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT Approve an administrative change to agenda item C-06-22-700-X-00 approved by the Board on May 18, 2022, which Set a Hearing for the Petitions to form Tonka Vista Irrigation Water Delivery District. The purpose of this administrative correction is to correct the hearing date, which was incorrectly listed as June 14, 2022, to June 8, 2022, to comply with time constraints of A.R.S 48-3423(B) and posted and published notices of h earing.
